Each tool takes one position on how product work should be done, and each ships with a written argument for it. I use them on my own work first. The statuses are literal: live is deployed and usable, in progress is rough but running, on the bench is not built yet.
Stop lying about deadlines.
Give it your scope and your team's real pace, and it runs 10,000 simulations to answer "when will this be done?" with honest odds, then keeps a record of whether the forecast held.
If you didn't write down a number, you don't get credit for being right.
Log a judgment call as a bet with a confidence number and a resolve-by date, then find out how often you're actually right. A plain text file on your own machine. I'm using it on my own calls now.
Your language drifted and nobody decided that.
Keeps the agreed wording of your strategy in one file. An agent flags when a draft drifts from it, and every change in wording becomes a dated decision. The template is public; my own copy runs privately.
